Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once access to the digital files has been provided, you expressly waive your right to cancel or request a refund, in accordance with applicable UK and EU consumer law.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products, including but not limited to sample packs, audio files, presets, or downloadable content.

If you experience any technical issues with your download (such as corrupted files or access problems), please contact us and we will be happy to assist by providing a replacement download or resolving the issue. This does not constitute a refund.
